New Promenade Hotel fly through

Neptune Developments are constructing the new hotel on Southport’s Promenade next to the Floral Hall. Sefton Borough Council selected Neptune to deliver 53,684sq ft of mixed use leisure space, a 14,854 sq ft Stanley casino and a 133 bedroom 4* hotel. In addition Neptune will extend and refurbish part of the neighbouring Floral Hall Conference and Theatre Facilities. The scheme also includes a major new public square. An operator for the hotel concession is still being sought by the Council.
