Ramada to operate Hotel

LATEST NEWS: Neptune Developments have announced that the Ramada Plaza hotel chain has agreed a deal to operate the Floral Hall Waterfront hotel. The 133 room 4 star hotel is due to open in 2009. It’s expected to create 500 jobs .

Neptune Developments are constructing the new hotel on Southport’s Promenade next to the Floral Hall. Sefton Borough Council selected Neptune to deliver 53,684sq ft of mixed use leisure space, a 14,854 sq ft Stanley casino and a 133 bedroom 4* hotel.
