£100 million for Ainsdale Holidays
Whilst Pontins is closing its Blackpool operation its Southport flagship is to get a £100 million redevelopment.
Internationally known for the Southport Weekender music gatherings, Ainsdale is Pontins national headquarters.
Through this investment by owners Ocean Parcs its also hoped to create 850 jobs.
The development will be achieved over the next five years, and will see many facilities created that will be open to the general public as well as Pontins guests.
