Southport

TV soap Coronation St just loves coming to Southport, with several past dramatic scenes having been set in the town.

Over the last few days they have been back again. At midnight last Saturday (16 May) they were filming beside the Marine Way bridge. Subsequent to that filming took place on Ainsdale beach of Maria giving birth.

The episode will be screened on Wednesday 1st July
